Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

EU & International Shipping

We ship to all 27 EU member states. Estimated delivery times:

• Western Europe: 7-10 business days
• Northern & Eastern Europe:10-15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include all applicable taxes.

Customs & Import Charges

All prices displayed include VAT. There are no additional import duties for orders shipped within the EU. If you are ordering from outside the EU, customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

If your order is delayed or there is a change to your shipment, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
